Home & Stucco Inspections was established to fill the need for objective, 3rd party, experieced Stucco Inspectors and Moisture Intrusion Specialists in Athens, Valdosta, Tifton, Atlanta, Augusta, and all of Georgia, in both Residential and Commercial Buidlings. Most “Stucco Bond” companies do all their own initial inspections, their own repairs, and their own followup inspections, and then write and process their own “Bonds” which is really just a guarantee on their work. This is all done “In-House“. Does anyone see a conflict of interest here?! And, Shouldn’t they back up their work anyway, without you having purchase a Bond?
And then there’s the “small print”…. Many Realtors, Sellers, and Purchasers think they are protected with a Bond, only to later find out the small print contained exclusions, requirements, and extra expenses they weren’t aware of when they we had to use the warranty. At Home & Stucco Inspections, our mission is to offer 100% unbiased, true 3rd party, honest, data-backed inspections and to assist our clients by offering our extensive expertise throughout the process and beyond.
